IMED Evaluation Team Visited AVCB Project

The IMED Evaluation Team recently made another visit to AVCB Project. This time they visited both project and non-project unions in connection to their AVCB Project evaluation. As part of the second field visit, the team touched Magura, Faridpur and Rajbari district during 19-20 September 2015 and collected different information pertaining to evaluation. On 19th September 2015, they have visited Nakol union of Sreepur upazila under Magura district and Jahapur union of Modhukhali upazila under Faridpur district. On 20th September 2015, the team visited Ujanchar and Chottra Vokla unions of Goalanda upazila under Rajbari district where DDLGs of the concerned districts and Project Manager of AVCB Project accompanied the evaluation team. The team members consulted with UP representatives, Village Courts Assistants, Women UP members and DDLGs; and reviewed case documents and assessed village courts performance. In addition, they also did consultation with community peoples to know their knowledge level and attitude about village courts.
